Calacatta Viola Leather

Leathering takes some of the gloss out of Calacatta Viola without taking away the drama. The burgundy and violet veining still reads strongly against the white, but the muted surface gives the stone a more contemporary, less formal feel. The texture also helps disguise the marks and etching that light-coloured marble tends to show in working areas.
